After many hours, days and weeks of training Team Helmut completed a 100km Oxfam Trailwalker Trek. Usually a walk, we decided to take on the Gurkhas and run it!
The Gurkhas were a little faster than we expected coming in at 11hrs 30mins.
Our team lead fearlessly by Simon Bayliff included Adrian Adams, myself came in at 15hrs 44mins. Which put us 67, 68 and 69 out of 1245 competitors.
Thank you to all who contributed to the Gurhka Welfare Trust and Oxfam. We raised £2073.
